My Story

I’m Karol, a steady presence in seasons of change.
 
For over twenty years, I’ve worked as a school chaplain, supporting people through burnout, grief, identity shifts, and those quieter moments when life feels unsettled.
 
Alongside this, I now support people in a more focused, one-to-one way—creating space to pause, think clearly, and move forward with steadiness and intention, while holding both the practical realities of life and the deeper questions underneath.

Advice-giving or telling you what to do.

 

If you are currently experiencing acute mental health difficulties, I can support you in finding appropriate therapeutic services.

 

This is not about someone directing your life or solving things for you.

 

Because most people already carry a sense of what matters to them.

Sometimes what’s needed is simply the space to slow down, hear yourself more clearly, and make sense of what you already know.

You do not need to have everything figured out. Sometimes the most important work begins with a quiet awareness that something needs attention.
